1. What do you like most about writing?
Using my imagination and creating stories people love to read.
2. What's the hardest thing about writing?
Putting pen to paper or finger to keyboard, and keeping it there.
3. What or who provided you with the inspiration to write Shadow Jumper?
My two sons used to play a game, jumping between shadows on the pavement as they walked to school. So that gave me the idea for shadow jumping. And my dad has a skin condition which means he can't spend time in the sun. I put those together and came up with the idea of a boy suffering from a sun allergy and living his life in the shadows.
4. What are you working on now?
I've just completed my new book, Bad Hair Days, which is available to pre-order as an ebook on Amazon. The paperback is now available to buy. And Shadow Jumper has now been translated into Spanish by the lovely Cinta Garcia de la Rosa. Saltasombras can be found here.
